Pollution Prevention Project Webinar Series

This webinar series highlights a selection of our Pollution Prevention Projects – aimed at tackling plastic pollution in the environment, one source at a time! Our Pollution Prevention Projects focus on sources of plastic pollution, informed by the types of plastic we cleanup as part of our Fighting Floatables initiative – aimed at reducing and monitoring plastic pollution and other floating litter.
Throughout this series, you will learn more about our recent findings on four different sources of plastic pollution: single-use foodware, pre-production plastic pellets, plastic wet wipes, and insulation foam from construction.
Each webinar will showcase how we use science to inform solutions and share our data-driven pilots to measure their effectiveness. This includes an introduction to the issue and our research, a look at results to date, and panel discussion of opportunities for solutions with diverse stakeholders.
