Downtown Toronto Seedy Saturday and Waste Reduction Event

Join us at the Scadding Court Community Centre’s Downtown Toronto Seedy Saturday and Waste Reduction Event. We’ll have an info table and be leading a workshop alongside a wide range of community groups celebrating gardening and waste reduction initiatives in downtown Toronto.

Ever find yourself staring at your waste, wondering what goes in what bin? Join us and learn how to become a waste sorting expert and why it matters. With the help of the City of Toronto’s magical waste sorting tool, the Waste Wizard, we’ll learn about which items belong in which bin and how we can all play a part in diverting waste away from the landfill.
