Discover the potential for reusable foodware programming in Winnipeg, as we share what we have learned from local businesses and residents, as well as from a real-life, successful pilot program with a café here in Winnipeg at Sam’s Place Coffee.
This webinar will explore issues surrounding single use foodware, different policies for reducing waste, and an overview of our research.
After a presentation by Desiree Langenfeld (Biologist at IISD Experimental Lakes Area) there will be a panel discussion with Chelsea Rochman (Co-founder and Program Head for the U of T Trash Team), Rebecca Engel (Manager at Sam’s Place Coffee), and Scott Morrison (Development Partner at Muuse) and a Q & A.
